This Return Policy outlines the guidelines for returning products purchased from Boskwood Designs.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Only items purchased directly from Boskwood Designs are eligible for return.
  • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • A contextual error at the fault of Boskwood Designs is considered to be a defect.

 Return Timeframe:

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • After this timeframe, unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns.

Conditions for Returns:

  • The item must be in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation should be included.
  • The item must be securely repackaged to avoid damage during return shipping.

 Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within the specified return timeframe.
  • Our customer service representative will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package when returning the item.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is being returned due to damage or defect.
  • We recommend using a reputable shipping service with tracking and insurance to ensure the safe return of the item.
  • We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during return shipping.

 Inspection and Refund:

  • Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it for any damage.
  • If the item is in its original condition and meets our return criteria, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 72 hours.
  • If the returned item does not meet the return criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the return or deduct a restocking fee from the refund amount.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • In the event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon receipt.
  • Provide detailed information and photographs of the damage or defect to our customer service team.
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.

Certain items are non-refundable, especially the custom-made or personalized items (unless damaged or defective) and items that have been damaged or altered by the customer.
